HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED?

Once shipped, orders within India are generally delivered within 1-4 business days in metro cities and 4-7 business days in other regions.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and factors such as public holidays or extreme weather conditions.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email, SMS, and WhatsApp notification with a tracking link.
You can also track your order by logging into your account on the website, selecting ‘Orders’ from the top right corner, and clicking on 'Track Order' for the corresponding Order ID.

CAN I MODIFY MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

We verify all order details before confirming your order.
Unfortunately, you cannot modify the delivery address once your order is confirmed.
However, you can cancel the order before it’s packed and place a new one with the correct address.
If the order has already been shipped, the address cannot be changed.

ARE THERE ANY DELIVERY CHARGES?

We provides FREE shipping for all orders
A return shipping charge of ₹80 is payable only on return.
Shipping is free for all Members.

WHAT IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?

In case of a payment failure, please try again while keeping the following in mind:
Ensure that all provided information is correct, such as account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking).
Check that your internet connection was stable during the transaction.
If your account was debited despite the payment failure, the amount is typically refunded to your bank account within 10 business days. For further assistance, feel free to email us at support@tafashion.in.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Go to the “My Orders” section in the main menu of the App/Website and select the order you wish to cancel.
The 'Cancel' option will be available only if your order hasn't been shipped yet.
If you encounter any issues, feel free to email us at support@tafashion.in, and we'll assist you.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

You can return or exchange your product within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are available only for sizing issues.
For multi-product orders, we accept partial returns for one or more items.
A return shipping fee of Rs 80 will be charges.

WHAT IF I’VE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

If you receive a defective product, please email your concern along with relevant pictures to support@tafashion.in, and we’ll assist you.
For hygiene reasons, we may refuse returns if the item shows signs of being worn, washed, or soiled.
Defective products do not need to be returned unless instructed by our Customer Experience Team.
Send the images of the defective product to support@tafashion.in, and we’ll get back to you.
Once confirmed, the refund will be processed to your bank account, based on your preference.
Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used products.

IS THERE A PLATFORM OR HANDLING FEE?

No, we do not charge any platform or handling fees.

WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners cannot deliver the product and it is returned to us, we will process a refund to your preferred account. The refund will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.
For COD orders we will inform you about the issue by email and through SMS

HOW CAN I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED FASTER?

Please contact us at support@tafashion.in as soon as you place your order with your tracking ID. You can also raise your concern on the confirmation call.
Express deliveries are chargeable and Rs 80 will be charged extra for your order
